If you liked it, I will reveal who this is. If you
didn't like it, I will upload a different op. 42.

Well, I like it but have no clue as to who the performer is. If pressed for a guess I might say Garrick Ohlsson, who sounds a lot like this to my old ears...

Sofya Gulyak. Won the Leeds in
2009. Much better than Ohlsson.

Well, Garrit Ohlssohn is/was certainly no slouch... according to Wiki...

"Garrick Olof Ohlsson (born April 3, 1948) is an American classical pianist.[1] He is the only American to have won first prize in the International Chopin Piano Competition, at the VIII competition in 1970.[2] He also won first prize at the Busoni Competition in Italy[3] and the Montreal Piano Competition in Canada. He was awarded the Avery Fisher Prize in 1994[4] and received the 1998 University Musical Society Distinguished Artist Award in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ohlsson has also been nominated for three Grammy Awards, winning one in 2008.."

Sure, Sofya Gulyak is also a really terrific pianist, as per Wiki...

"Sofya Gulyak (born 29 December 1979)[1] is a Russian classical pianist. She was the first woman to win the Leeds Piano Competition.[2]

Gulyak was born in Kazan. She studied at the Kazan State Conservatoire, Piano Academy Incontri col Maestro, and the Royal College of Music.[3] In 2006, she won first prize in the Sigismund Thalberg International Piano Competition. In 2007, she won the William Kapell Competition[4][5] and shared the Concorso F. Busoni second prize with Dinara Nadzhafova.[6] Gulyak was the winner of the 2008 Washington International Competition of the Friday Morning Music Club,[7] and also won ISANGYUN Competition 2008.[8] In 2009, she won the 1st prize in the Leeds International Pianoforte Competition. She is the first female winner of the competition.[3]"

To say that one of them is "much better" than the other is more opinion than fact, in my own humble opinion 😉

I listened to both of them play this Op 42 back-to-back, and they both were outstanding... I myself could not pick a winner... but they each definitely had their own personal slant on the music, and there is nothing wrong with that... is there?
