In your opinion, which ("classical") artist has recorded the most
records ?...
I hesitate between Dorati, S.Richter, Boehm and Karajan...

The answer obviously depends on one's definition of
"classical" and on how one counts: number of copies
sold? number of different works recorded no matter
how many times? number of works recorded without
repetitions? And so on.

in another recent thread, someone said TD suggested Marriner recorded more than Ormandy

Didn't Fischer-D. record everything except operetta?

Didn't Rothenberger (as well as Wunderlich? and Prey?) record everything except Wagner?
